The production of metal clothes hangers and metal accessories of hangers is complex, includes raw material sourcing , shaping , welding , plating / plastic covering , assembling , packaging . The material include stainless steel , alloy iron, Aluminium . Every day can finish the production of metal hangers about 20000 PCS. the metal finishing can be gold, chrome, nickle , nickle free black nickle color, antique brass. powder colored. The delivery time regular is 35 days. Aluminium hangers are 50 days.
Production of plastic clothes hangers includes raw material sourcing , mold making .shaping , accessories assembling and packaging. The raw material include PP, PS, ABS, Wheat plastic , TPE..... Delivery time depends on order quantity. Main factory production ability : 43000ps/ day.
The production of cardboard paper hangers include cardboard raw material sourcing, mold making, dia-carting， printing and packaging . There is no limited quantity on order . Production time is 25 days.
The productiong of padded hangers included raw material sourcing , clothing trimming, sewing , assembling , packaging . The production time is 50 days.
